ABOUT ANNIKA

Hi! My name is Annika Erickson, and I’m originally from a beautiful town at the foot of the Cascade Mountains called Snohomish, Washington. I graduated with my BFA in musical theatre from Ball State University last May, and I am currently based in NYC! I just finished up my contract at the Waterfront Playhouse in Key West doing La Cage Aux Folles, playing Anne Dindon and a Cagelle. I was also recently a lead singer at Cedar Point in both summer and fall 2024 seasons. My other recent work was in the summer of 2023—I was part of the world premiere of Pickleville Playhouse’s original musical melodrama, Thick as Thieves, starring as Becky. I was also a part of Pickleville’s production of The Little Mermaid as Arista/Ensemble, as well as the Ariel understudy. At Ball State, my favorite role was Little Red in Into the Woods.

When I’m not on stage, I absolutely love weight-lifting, playing video games (Breath of the Wild is my favorite), playing my guitar/keyboard, and creating content on TikTok. I am also a self-taught DJ, and I have an absolute blast playing sets for my friends!
